Puketapu Preschool is a rural, community-based Early Childhood Education Centre situated in the heart of Puketapu.

The preschool is committed to provide quality education care for 2 – 5 year olds. Located 5 minutes from Taradale, the centre is currently licensed for 27 children, educating children at a 1:9 ratio. Our rural setting is nestled alongside our local farming community and the local primary school Puketapu School.

The teaching team pride themselves in being welcoming and inclusive to all children, families and whanau. We strive to build the foundations for our children to become capable, confident life-long learners in our beautiful, well-resourced centre.

The preschool is governed by a skilled Board of Governance and our teaching team of four qualified teachers is led by Virginia Wilson.
